We have been delighted with the quality of work and reliability of Sure-Build. On site, the team worked extremely hard under the guidance of Pervez. They were always very respectful everyday they arrived on site. Inevitably with every build project, a few unforeseen issues and changes arose but these were dealt with promptly and professionally. which was very reassuring.
The initial quote was very competitive and the final bill was not too far away from that due to some added extras we decided during the project. We had a very good dialogue when it came to payment instalments throughout the build as well.

When we considered extending our home we engaged with a number of local builders and from our first meeting Sure-Build was our preferred choice. Pervez was clearly knowledgeable, provided some great insight in to how to run a project of this nature and demonstrated a passion for what he did. We were offered a number of visits to previous jobs and client references all of whom were very complimentary. Pervez also worked with us to mange the budgets and set very realistic expectations for cost that saw very little increase.
Once the build started the team setup shop in the garden in their own work space keeping the site nice and tidy. The team were all courteous and considerate throughout the build with us and our neighbours introducing themselves to the immediate neighbours and offering a contact point if they have any concerns.
The build went very smoothly with very few changes through the project and non major, mainly improvements to the original design. The quality of the brickwork, flint work and carpentry is excellent with none of the team ever cutting corners, everything was done right even if it was harder and took longer. The final finish of the roof, plaster and carpentry is very high quality too.
I would highly recommend Sure-Build and wouldn't even look elsewhere if I need further work done.

We chose Sure-Build to construct our single-story extension with Bi-Fold windows.
The quote was competitive and Sure-Build came highly-recommended. The team were contentious beforehand, checking our individual requirements, explaining the process of building etc. and providing a clear, staged quotation. Every member of the team was friendly, polite and considerate. The Sure-Build team made a particular effort to ensure the building work had a minimal effect on our neighbours and rectified any concerns promptly.
The specialists that were recommended by Sure-Build (Electrician, Plumber and Window supplier) were competitive and delivered a high-quality product. Crucially the construction was delivered on budget and we are very happy with the result!

In 2011 I engaged Sure-Build to construct a 10mx 5m extension to my property, together with replacing the driveway and footpath. The work was completed to a very high standard and finished within the agreed budget. Pervez takes great pride in his work and also uses very competent sub-contractors, as the work demands. He is very proactive should any problems arise, which enables any issues to be speedily and amicably resolved. The whole team worked well together and the site was kept as tidy as conditions allowed.

My Wife and I had spent a couple of years working on our wants and desires for an extension to our family home in order to make it fit with our 2 teenage children and us.
When we finally resolved planning issues and layout changes, the next task was to source a builder, a number were recommended to us, so we started the process of tenders...
After a few so so experiences, Pervez appeared on our door step with his smiling face. After a number of pleasant debates we agreed a cost and start date.
From the very beginning Pervez and his team were exceptionally reliable around dates and times. My biggest concern was that the size and type of extension meant that due to the fact we were staying resident during the build, the team would be very much in our life for the 4 months of the build. This was soon no longer a concern, everyone that Pervez brought on site was very friendly and understanding of our needs to get the kids to school and just generally carry on our lives.
Pervez has a very focused approach to what he sees as the right standard of building quality, and I must say this is very high. From the ground work through to the finishing of sofits his attention to detail has meant we now live in exactly the home we wanted when we first thought through our initial scribbles.
So to sum up Pervez and his team delivered a great extension that was built with a smile (even on my family members faces for the duration), to a great standard, in the time scale we agreed and on budget.
My final words come from my family, without fail all of them said that they actually missed having the Sure-Build guys around after they had left. All my worries about letting a builder in my life were unfounded, so long as their name is "Pervez"

Sure-Build has a superb standard for building – Pervez will not let anything second rate remain, and will ensure that the end result is of a better standard than normally found. Pervez takes great pride in his work, he has an exceptional work ethic, arriving early, working late and at weekends, and he is determined to get the job done. He only took our job on, and so was not distracted by other work.
Sure-Build have a core team who work together very well, and also have access to the very best of the local trades talent. We also noticed that Pervez was very sensitive to our neighbours – something that was particularly important to us. He went out of his way to go and clear the snow from our elderly neighbour’s drive on a couple of occasions so that his nurse could enter the house. He asked each of our neighbours permission if he was about to do any building work that was noisy or dusty.
Pervez is very talented when it comes to creativity. He has suggested ways around problems as they have arrived, and he has suggested enhancements to the programme which have added to the end result.
We were concerned that somehow Sure-Build would look to find ways to bump up the costs. We agreed a price, and when there have been alterations, the additional price has been a fair one. In our eyes, we have come to see Pervez as the 'Marks & Spencer' of local builders. You may pay a little more for his services than the cheapest – but you get a LOT more for your money – in terms of quality, standards, flexibility and personality!

Sure-Build worked to a very high standard and where they needed additional specialists e.g. electricians, these tradesmen had worked with Sure-Build before and were effectively vetted to ensure that the standards were maintained.
We made a snagging list after six months and they came back to fix / repair. They were with us for an hour, with 30 minutes drinking tea!
Where there any downsides to their work? Not as far as we were concerned. We recognised that as they were coming to the end of the contract, some of them would be called away to start another project. There was however always someone on our project doing work. As builders – I would give them top marks.

I had my bathroom redesigned and modernised all of which was done to a very high standard. Pervez helped on the design and his creative skills have been much admired by friends and family. The team have always been diligent in protecting the carpets, fixtures and fittings around the house and clearing up after themselves.
I was so pleased with the work Sure-build have also carried out work for friends of mine on my recommendation.

Finding a good reputable builder can be difficult and we therefore always prefer to work from recommendations. We therefore chose Sure-Build to build a complicated and fiddly extension and new kitchen layout of our house in Arborfield Reading. Right from the start Sure-Build were honest, open, courteous and, most importantly were able to offer alternative solutions to our overall plan to achieve the finish we desired.
The quality of the work was (and remains) exemplary throughout; we were consulted at every turn, and the entire, potentially extremely stressful experience of such major domestic upheaval was made as pain-free and pleasant as it was possible to make it.
